Boarding Supervisor

Smiling International School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Boarding Experience Supervisor to play a key role in developing and leading our growing boarding programme.

Join a dynamic international community in the heart of Ferrara, contributing to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and enriching residential experience for our students.

The Boarding Experience Supervisor will lead the design and delivery of a high-quality boarding provision by tracking each student’s wellbeing, engagement, and developmental needs, and ensuring they are supported holistically—academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in boarding, residential life, pastoral care, or student wellbeing roles.

  • A genuine passion for supporting the growth and wellbeing of young people in an international setting.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of the co-curricular and residential programme.

Desirable:

  • Background in education, youth work, psychology, counselling, or social care.

  • Experience designing or leading co-curricular and enrichment activities.

  • Knowledge of Italian language and culture (training provided if needed).
